the weather has been breathe takingly beautiful. we spent the weekend reading by the pool and taking sunny drives with the top off the jeep. thus, our faces are rosie from sun kisses. so for dinner, we were inspired to have a spring night patio atmosphere (all we were missing were the fireflies). since we don't have a patio we got creative. we had a delicious assortment of cheeses to start out the night. then i made halibut with mushroom risotto. it turned out to be light and savory just like our weekend. smile.
